Our story
The idea for Little Champs Summer Day Camps started with a simple vision: Every Child Needs A Champion. Hence the name "Little Champs". Every child deserves the chance to discover their talents, build confidence, and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment. Children should be able to feel like they can be open and honest, relate to others and talk about challenges they face.
We envisioned a place where kids could be free to explore, to play, to grow. A place where they would be encouraged to try new things, whether it’s sports, arts, or outdoor adventures. Most importantly, a place where they could feel seen and supported by a community of caring mentors and friends.
Our camp staff, mentors and special guests will be working with our campers to build confidence and self-esteem through various individual and team activities to feel like the Little Champs they are destined to be! We want every child to feel loved, supported and connected, just like FAMILY."
The Promise of a New Beginning
The beauty of this first year is that it represents the beginning of so many exciting journeys. For children who have always been hesitant to try new things, Little Champs will be a safe space to step out of their comfort zone. Your child might find their new favourite sport or make a best friend in the arts and crafts corner. For children who may be, a natural leader, Little Champs will offer the chance for them to take charge, as our counsellors will ensure younger campers display leadership in games and team-building exercises. And for every child who attends, it will be a summer full of growth, laughter, and unforgettable experiences.
These moments matter. They’re the ones that shape who our kids will become. And as we prepare for our very first summer, we’re committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of their background or family circumstances, has access to this incredible opportunity.
